A Bit About Me

Reverend Dr. Carl L. Washington, Jr. is the beloved Pastor of the New Mount Zion Baptist Church in Harlem, New York. For the last 30  years, he has lead the congregation to be a beacon for Christ in the Harlem community, the state of New York, and across the nation. Under Dr.Washington’s charismatic leadership. Dr. Washington is former President of the Congress of Christian Education for the Empire Baptist Missionary Convention of New York, and former Moderator of the United Missionary Baptist Association. He now serves as President of the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. Congress of Christian Education.
